Online Registration Instructions

Online registrations are effective immediately and cannot be changed in any way once submitted.

To access our Online Registry, you must have at least IE 5.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.x. If the Web site does not work properly with your current browser version, you may wish to update your browser.

Be sure the cookie function on your PC is enabled before registering online. If the cookie function is not enabled, you will not be able to complete the online registration.

Procedures for Online Registration

1) Fill in material details.
2) Fill in the registrant/author(s) information; please do not include special characters within the required fields. (This includes hyphens, dashes, slashes, parenthesis, periods, etc.) ­ Click here for instructions on adding additional authors to your online registration.
3) Fill out the credit card information; please do not include hyphens, dashes, slashes, etc.
4) Click "Continue" to proceed.
5) Browse and select the file to be submitted; file names must be limited to 35 characters or less for uploading. DO NOT change your file name in the browse field, as this will break the link to your file. If necessary, rename your file and save prior to uploading. Please note that some special characters in file names will impede your ability to upload. If this occurs, you should rename and save your file.
6) Review your submission information.
7) Click "Register This Item" to complete your registration request.

Your registration request is processed immediately; you will receive your registration number once your transaction is completed. Your registration is not complete and your credit card is not charged until you receive the confirmation page, which contains the unique identifying registration number.

A confirmation page appears automatically once your online registration is complete. We recommend that you print the confirmation page, as it contains your unique registration number for your material. As a security precaution, the confirmation page can only be printed for your own records at the time of each online transaction. The confirmation page is not emailed and cannot be returned to or saved.

Online registration fees are $20 (U.S.) for the general public and $10 (U.S.) for WGA members in good standing. The online registration system accepts only Visa/MasterCard as a form of payment. You will be billed in your local currency if outside the U.S.

Please make certain you are sending the correct file and version of your material. All registrations are final upon submission and cannot be changed, substituted, or voided.

Online registration information is entered by you and uploaded directly to our database. It is reflected in our system exactly as you enter it. The WGAw Registry does not re-enter, handle, or manipulate the data in any way.
